Phosphorylation of Def Regulates Nucleolar p53 Turnover and Cell Cycle Progression through Def Recruitment of Calpain3
Yihong Guan,Delai Huang,Feng Chen,Ce Gao,Ting Tao,Hui Shi,Shuyi Zhao,Zuyuan Liao,Li Jan Lo,Yingchun Wang,Jun Chen,Jinrong Peng +11 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that the Def-CAPN3 pathway serves as a nucleolar checkpoint for cell proliferation by selective inactivation of cell cycle-related substrates during organogenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI
LiAlH4 supported on TiO2/hierarchically porous carbon nanocomposites with enhanced hydrogen storage properties
TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper reported the synthesis of LiAlH4 supported on hierarchical porous carbon (LAH)-TiO2/HPC nanocomposites using a one-step solvent method and their enhanced catalytic dehydrogenation performance.
Journal ArticleDOI
Micheliolide suppresses LPS-induced neuroinflammatory responses.
TL;DR: Treatment of BV2 cells with Micheliolide significantly repressed LPS-stimulated nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 expression and attenuated mRNA levels of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines and mediators such as iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β, implying that MCL may serve as a neuroprotective agent in neuroinflammation-related neurodegenerative disorders.
Journal ArticleDOI
Action recognition with temporal scale-invariant deep learning framework
TL;DR: This paper proposes a temporal scale-invariant deep learning framework for action recognition, which is robust to the change of action speed and achieves superior results over the state-of-the-art methods by 93.7% on UCF-101 and 69.5% on HMDB51, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of partial substitution of La with Ce, Pr and Nd on the properties of LaNi5-based alloy electrodes
Jun Chen,Shi Xue Dou,Hua-Kun Liu +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of the properties of LaB 5 (BNi 3.55 Co 0.75 Mn 0.4 Al 0.3 ), La 0.7 R 0.
