Triple-Mode Emission of Carbon Dots: Applications for Advanced Anti-Counterfeiting
TL;DR: For the first time, triple-mode emission (PL, UCPL, and room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) is reported, which relies on a composite of the luminescent carbon dots (CDs) prepared from m-phenylenediamine and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and demonstrates promise as a triple- mode emission ink in the field of advanced anti-counterfeiting.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved UV photoresponse of ZnO nanorod arrays by resonant coupling with surface plasmons of Al nanoparticles
TL;DR: The results demonstrated that the plasmon-enhanced ZnO NRA photodetector has a great potential for application in building sensors with a fast response and reset time, high sensitivity, and good signal-to-noise ratio for photoelectric sensing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Achieving high-resolution pressure mapping via flexible GaN/ ZnO nanowire LEDs array by piezo-phototronic effect
Yiyao Peng,Miaoling Que,Miaoling Que,Han Eol Lee,Rongrong Bao,Xiandi Wang,Junfeng Lu,Zuqing Yuan,Xiaoyi Li,Juan Tao,Junlu Sun,Junyi Zhai,Keon Jae Lee,Caofeng Pan,Caofeng Pan +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, a flexible p-GaN film/n-ZnO nanowire light-emitting diode (LED)-based pressure sensor array, with the merits of flexibility, high resolution, good transparency, fast response, stability, and lightweight, is fabricated through laser lift-off (LLO) process and hydrothermal growth of ZnO Nanowires directly on a flexible GaN film, which is used for acquiring the two-dimensional (2D) pressure distribution mapping by reading the illumination intensities from all LED pixels parallelly.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparative investigation on temperature-dependent photoluminescence of CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH(NH2)2PbBr3 microstructures
TL;DR: In this article, the temperature-dependent photoluminescence of CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH(NH2)2PbBBr3 perovskite microstructures is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Size Effects of Raman and Photoluminescence Spectra of CdS Nanobelts
TL;DR: In this article, different sizes of CdS nanobelts were synthesized at 800, 850, and 900 °C by the thermal evaporation of cdS powders on Au-coated silicon substrates and were used to study the size effects of Raman scattering and photoluminescent spectra.
