Novel NIR-II organic fluorophores for bioimaging beyond 1550 nm

TL;DR: High-resolution in vivo imaging of the whole body, cerebral vasculature, and lymphatic drainage beyond 1550 nm was achieved using NIR-II AIE HL3 dots for the first time and attractive results may promote the development of small-molecule Nir-IIb fluorophores with the maximum emission wavelength beyond 1500 nm with a deeper penetration depth and higher resolution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Near-Infrared II Dye-Protein Complex for Biomedical Imaging and Imaging-Guided Photothermal Therapy.

TL;DR: It is the first time that the concept of light‐harvesting complex is exploited for enhancing the NIR‐II signals and photothermal energy conversion in molecule‐protein complex theranostic agent, making them a promising candidate for future clinical applications in cancer theranostics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Icariin exterts negative effects on human gastric cancer cell invasion and migration by vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein via Rac1 pathway.

TL;DR: Results indicate that icariin exerts negative effects on tumor cell invasion and migration via the Rac1-dependent VASP pathway and may be a potential anti-cancer drug.
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel small-molecule fluorophores for in vivo NIR-IIa and NIR-IIb imaging

TL;DR: This work designed and synthesized a novel NIR-II organic aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorophore (HQL2) with a fluorescence tail extending into the Nir-IIa and N IR-IIb region based on the previous reported skeleton Q4, which exhibited water solubility and biocompatibility, and high brightness for NIR/NIR/IIb vascular imaging in vivo, a first for NIr-II AIE dots.
