Some mechanistic aspects of a nickel-catalyzed electrochemical cross-coupling between aryl halides and substituted chloropyridazines
Karène Urgin,Rachid Barhdadi,Sylvie Condon,Eric Léonel,Muriel Pipelier,Virginie Blot,Christine Thobie-Gautier,Didier Dubreuil +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of the divalent nickel complex is affected by the presence of pyridazine rings which act as co-ligands of nickel, and cyclic voltammetry indicates that the cross-coupling reaction involves first a rapid oxidative addition of the chloropyridine on the electrogenerated zerovalent nickel complex.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical synthesis and characterisation of alternating tripyridyl-dipyrrole molecular strands with multiple nitrogen-based donor-acceptor binding sites.
Alexandra Tabatchnik‐Rebillon,Christophe Aube,Hicham Bakkali,Thierry Delaunay,G. T. Manh,Virginie Blot,Christine Thobie-Gautier,Eric Renault,Marine Soulard,Aurélien Planchat,Jean-Yves Le Questel,Rémy Le Guével,Christiane Guguen-Guillouzo,Brice Kauffmann,Yann Ferrand,Ivan Huc,Karène Urgin,Sylvie Condon,Eric Léonel,Michel Evain,Jacques Lebreton,Denis Jacquemin,Muriel Pipelier,Didier Dubreuil +23 more
TL;DR: Structural studies in the solid state established the preferred cis conformation of the dipyrrolic ligands, which adopting a planar arrangement with an embedded molecule of water having a complexation energy exceeding 10 kcal mol(-1).
Journal ArticleDOI
Advanced preparation of functionalized triarylbismuths and triheteroaryl-bismuths: new scope and alternatives
Karène Urgin,Christophe Aube,Christophe Pichon,Muriel Pipelier,Virginie Blot,Christine Thobie-Gautier,Eric Léonel,Didier Dubreuil,Sylvie Condon +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple and versatile method for the preparation of triaryl and trihetero-arylbismuths bearing electron withdrawing or electron donating groups was accomplished by the reaction of organozinc reagents with BiCl 3.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical coupling of mono and dihalopyridines catalyzed by nickel complex in undivided cell
Jadson L. Oliveira,Maria José da Silva,Tupolevck Florencio,Karène Urgin,Stéphane Sengmany,Eric Léonel,Jean-Yves Nédélec,Marcelo Navarro +7 more
TL;DR: One step nickel-catalyzed electroreductive homocoupling among 2bromopicolines and 2-bromopyridine has been investigated by as mentioned in this paper in an undivided cell and using zinc or iron as sacrificial anode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pd‐Catalyzed Chemoselective Cross‐Coupling Reaction of Triaryl‐ or Triheteroarylbismuth Compounds with 3,6‐Dihalopyridazines
Karène Urgin,Christophe Aube,Muriel Pipelier,Virginie Blot,Christine Thobie-Gautier,Stéphane Sengmany,Jacques Lebreton,Eric Léonel,Didier Dubreuil,Sylvie Condon +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the cross-coupling reactions of 3,6-dihalopyridazines with triaryl- or triheteroarylbismuth compounds were performed under palladium catalysis.
