Journal ArticleDOI

P-type doping of GaN(000\bar{1}) by magnesium ion implantation

TL;DR: In this paper, the currentvoltage characteristics of p-n diodes fabricated on a GaN substrate showed distinct rectification at a turn-on voltage of about 3 V.
Journal ArticleDOI

Iron silicides grown by solid phase epitaxy on a Si(111) surface: Schematic phase diagram

TL;DR: In this paper, the phase diagram for Fe silicide growth on a surface at wide Fe coverage and annealing temperature was determined with high reliability for the Fe silicides grown by solid phase epitaxy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Direct measurement of band offset at the interface between CdS and Cu2ZnSnS4 using hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the valence band offset at the interface between CdS and Cu2ZnSnS4 using hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES).
Journal ArticleDOI

Progress on and challenges of p-type formation for GaN power devices

TL;DR: In this paper, the fabrication process of p-type regions for vertical GaN power devices is investigated, and it is shown that vacancy diffusion and the introduction of H atoms from the UHPA ambient play a key role in the redistribution of Mg atoms.
