Mohammad Ashfak Habib,Mas S. Mohktar,Shahrul Bahyah Kamaruzzaman,Kheng Seang Lim,Tan Maw Pin,Fatimah Ibrahim +5 more
TL;DR: This paper presents a state-of-the-art survey of smartphone (SP)-based solutions for fall detection and prevention and identifies three challenges and three open issues for future research.
Journal ArticleDOI
Association of HLA-B*15:13 and HLA-B*15:02 with phenytoin-induced severe cutaneous adverse reactions in a Malay population.
Chang Cc,Ching Ching Ng,Too Cl,Siew Eng Choon,Chun Kiat Lee,Wen-Hung Chung,Hussein Sh,Kheng Seang Lim,Murad S +8 more
TL;DR: A novel genetic biomarker, HLA-B*15:13, showed significant association with P HT-SJS/TEN and may serve as markers to predict PHT-SCAR in Malays when compared with Pht-tolerant controls, and a case–control association study by genotyping the human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B alleles.
Journal ArticleDOI
HLA-A∗24:02 as a common risk factor for antiepileptic drug-induced cutaneous adverse reactions

TL;DR: HLA-A*24:02 is a common genetic risk factor for cutaneous adverse reactions induced by aromatic antiepileptic drugs in the southern Han Chinese and possibly other ethnic populations.
Journal Article
Association of HLA-B*1502 allele and carbamazepine- induced severe adverse cutaneous drug reaction among Asians, a review
TL;DR: There is urgent need for further studies to determine the prevalence of SJS/TEN, and HLA B*1502 in the various ethnic groups in Asia, and its association with carbamazepine-induced SJS-TEN in each of these ethnic groups.
Journal ArticleDOI
Positive psychological interventions for neurological disorders: A systematic review.
TL;DR: These interventions were shown to improve quality of life, reduce symptomatic distress, and depressive symptoms, and for PPIs to be considered as an evidence-based practice, more trials with adequate statistical power are required.
