Electron microscopy of ordered domains in lead scandium tantalate Pb(Sc0.5Ta0.5)O3
TL;DR: In this paper, single crystal lead scandium tantalate micro-domains with an ordered arrangement of Sc: Ta have been observed directly in transmission electron microscopy and the scale of the ordered structures in the size range 35 to 120 nm agrees well with earlier indirect measurements from X-ray superlattice line broadening.

Dielectric loss of SrTiO3 single crystals under direct current bias
