TL;DR: The Pentavalent reassortant rotavirus vaccine showed excellent tolerability and a good safety profile when tested for efficacy in infants and the intent to treat analyses confirmed all the per protocol analyses.

TL;DR: Differential did exist, as DM and DR were significantly lower in high-altitudes areas when compared to low-altitude areas, as well as among diabetics with an unsatisfactory level of HbA1c, adjusted for gender, age group, smoking status and hypertension.
