Journal ArticleDOI

Diamond nanogel-embedded contact lenses mediate lysozyme-dependent therapeutic release.

TL;DR: A nanodiamond (ND)-embedded contact lens capable of lysozyme-triggered release of TM for sustained therapy is presented and it is found that ND-embedded lenses composed of enzyme-cleavable polymers allow for controlled and sustained release ofTM in the presence of Lysozyme.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diamond-lipid hybrids enhance chemotherapeutic tolerance and mediate tumor regression.

TL;DR: Epidermal growth factor receptor-targeted NDLPs are highly biocompatible particles that provide cell-specific imaging, promote tumor retention of ND-complexes, prevent epirubicin toxicities and mediate regression of triple negative breast cancers.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Robust Monte Carlo Model for the Extraction of Biological Absorption and Scattering In Vivo

TL;DR: The robustness of the toolbox for quantifying physiologically relevant parameters from turbid tissue-like media is assessed and an assessment on which reference phantom serves as the best calibration standard to enable accurate extraction of the absorption and scattering properties of the target sample is included.
