TL;DR: T titania nanotubes 25 and 80 nm in size with the acid-etched Ti topography and hierarchical hybrid micropitted/nanotubular topographies are produced to mimic the structure of the natural bone extracellular matrix, showing the best ability to simultaneously promote MSC proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.

TL;DR: Indications are that intravenous injection of scFv-9R/HER2-siRNA complex markedly suppressed growth of EGFR-positive NSCLC xenograft in nude mice, resulting from downregulated HER2 expression, reduced cell proliferation and enhanced cell apoptosis.
