Ligand-free rutile and anatase TiO2 nanocrystals as electron extraction layers for high performance inverted polymer solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, anatase TiO2 nanocrystals have been synthesized through a hydrolytic sol-gel reaction, which could serve as electron extraction layers for improving the performance in inverted polymer solar cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Performance Photodiode-Type Photodetectors Based on Polycrystalline Formamidinium Lead Iodide Perovskite Thin Films.

TL;DR: Low-voltage, high-overall-performance photodiode-type photodetectors in a sandwiched geometry based on polycrystalline α-FAPbI3 thin films synthesized by a one-step solution processing method and post-annealing treatment show great promise for future optoelectronic device applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metallic ruthenium-based nanomaterials for electrocatalytic and photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

TL;DR: In this article, the authors summarized the synthesis of various metallic Ru-based nanomaterials as catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), including pure Ru nanocrystals, Rubased bimetallic nanomorphs, and Ru/non-metal nanocomposites.
Journal ArticleDOI

High sensitivity and fast response solution processed polymer photodetectors with polyethylenimine ethoxylated (PEIE) modified ITO electrode.

TL;DR: This work demonstrates a solution processed polymer photodetector based on a poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT): (phenyl-C61-butyric-acid-methyl-ester) blend film with polyethylenimine ethoxylated (PEIE) modified ITO electrode, which is highly compatible with the flexible, low-cost, and large area organic electronic technologies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two-dimensional organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite field-effect transistors with polymers as bottom-gate dielectrics

TL;DR: In this article, a two-dimensional (2D) perovskite phenylethylammonium tin iodide ((PEA)2SnI4) field effect transistors with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) modified by cross-linking poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP) as gate dielectrics were fabricated by a spin coating method.
