Every time you create an iOS project, it will likely include at least two .swift files: ViewController.swift and AppDelegate.swift. Each time you add another view controller scene to the storyboard, you’ll likely need another ViewController.swift file (under a different name) to manage any user interface objects such as buttons, text fields, or switches.

Understanding the Application Life Cycle

In order to simultaneously improve the dispersibility of graphene in the bismaleimide (BMI) resin and the interfacial interaction between them, the polytriazine@RGO nanocomposite (PTZ@RGO) with terminal amine was obtained by the method of one-step precipitation polymerization. The PTZ@RGO hybrid nanocomposite was then chosen as filler to improve the mechanical and tribological properties of BMI resin. Through effective surface modification, the compatibility and interface strength between graphene and BMI matrix were significantly improved, leading to the flexural strength, impact strength, anti-friction, wear resistance and thermal stability of PTZ@RGO/BMI composites were significantly improved as compared to those of neat BMI resin and RGO/BMI composites. The other properties including hardness and thermal properties of composites were all improved with increasing amount of PTZ@RGO fillers. These high performance BMI composites have a great potential for application in aerospace, mechanical engineering and other automobile brake devices.

Enhanced mechanical and tribological properties of graphene/bismaleimide composites by using reduced graphene oxide with non-covalent functionalization

Low melting phthalonitrile resins containing methoxyl and/or allyl moieties: Synthesis, curing behavior, thermal and mechanical properties

Due to their outstanding and versatile properties, polybenzoxazines have quickly occupied a great niche of applications. Developing the ability to polymerize benzoxazine resin at lower temperatures than the current capability is essential in taking advantage of these exceptional properties and remains to be most challenging subject in the field. The current review is classified into several parts to achieve this goal. In this review, fundamentals on the synthesis and evolution of structure, which led to classification of PBz in different generations, are discussed. Classifications of PBzs are defined depending on building block as well as how structure is evolved and property obtained. Progress on the utility of biobased feedstocks from various bio-/waste-mass is also discussed and compared, wherever possible. The second part of review discusses the probable polymerization mechanism proposed for the ring-opening reactions. This is complementary to the third section, where the effect of catalysts/initiators has on triggering polymerization at low temperature is discussed extensively. The role of additional functionalities in influencing the temperature of polymerization is also discussed. There has been a shift in paradigm beyond the lowering of ring-opening polymerization (ROP) temperature and other areas of interest, such as adaptation of molecular functionality with simultaneous improvement of properties.

Review on the Accelerated and Low-Temperature Polymerization of Benzoxazine Resins: Addition Polymerizable Sustainable Polymers.

Copolymerization is the typical method to obtain the high-performance resin composites, due to its universality and regulation performance. It can be employed among various resin matrices with active groups to obtain the desired structures, and subsequently, the outstanding properties. In this work, the copolymerization between the allyl-functional phthalonitrile-containing benzoxazine resin (DABA-Ph) and 4,4′-bis(Maleimidodiphenyl)methane (BMI) were monitored. The interactions among the active groups including allyl moieties, maleimide, benzoxazine rings and nitrile groups were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dynamic rheological analysis (DRA) were used to study the curing behaviors and the processing properties. The possible curing processes were proposed and confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Then, glass fiber-reinforced DABA-Ph/BMI composites were designed, and their thermal-mechanical properties were studied. Results indicated that all the composites exhibited outstanding flexural strength, flexural modulus, and high glass-transition temperatures (Tg > 450 °C). The thermal stability of the composites was studied by thermogravimetry (TGA) and evaluated by the integral program decomposition temperature (IPDT). it is believed that the excellent thermal mechanical properties and outstanding Tg as well as good thermal stability would enable the reinforced copolymer-based laminates to be applied in wider fields.
