Journal ArticleDOI
Ultralow-Threshold and Color-Tunable Continuous-Wave Lasing at Room-Temperature from In Situ Fabricated Perovskite Quantum Dots.
Lei Wang,Linghai Meng,Lan Chen,Sheng Huang,Xian-gang Wu,Guang Dai,Luogen Deng,Junbo Han,Bingsuo Zou,Chunfeng Zhang,Haizheng Zhong +10 more
TL;DR: Room-temperature-operated continuous-wave lasers at room temperature are demonstrated using rationally designed in situ fabricated perovskite quantum dots in polyacrylonitrile films on a distributed feedback cavity and the achieved threshold values are one order lower than the reported values for the conventional CdSe quantum dot-based continuous- waves.
Journal ArticleDOI

In-situ fabricated anisotropic halide perovskite nanocrystals in polyvinylalcohol nanofibers: Shape tuning and polarized emission
Linghai Meng,Changgang Yang,Jingjia Meng,Yongzhi Wang,Yong Ge,Ziqiang Shao,Guofeng Zhang,Andrey L. Rogach,Haizheng Zhong +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, an in-situ fabrication of halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbX3, CH 3NH3 = methylammonium, MA, X= Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers (MAPbX 3@PVA nanofiber) through electrospinning a perovsite precursor solution was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
In Situ Patterning Perovskite Quantum Dots by Direct Laser Writing Fabrication
TL;DR: In this paper, the combination of perovskite quantum dots has been used for patterning in photonic devices, where patterning is usually one of the most critical steps.
