Pharmaceuticals, pesticides and metals/metalloids in Lake Guaíba in Southern Brazil: Spatial and temporal evaluation and a chemometrics approach.
Maurício Perin,Alexsandro Dallegrave,Lucas Suchecki Barnet,Leonardo Zanchetti Meneghini,Adriano de Araújo Gomes,Tânia Mara Pizzolato +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, data sets from different sources were combined using a data fusion approach to produce a spatial and temporal variation of contaminants presents in water from Lake Guaiba (29°55'-30°24' S; 51°01'-51°20' W).
Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of breed, sex, and drug concentration on the pharmacokinetic profile of ivermectin in cattle
André Tadeu Gotardo,Rafael Lanzelloti Fonseca,Fabiano Barreto,Caroline Andrade Tomaszewski,Lucas Suchecki Barnet,Tamara Castilho,Silvana Lima Górniak +6 more
TL;DR: It was observed that IVM concentration was significantly affected by breed and the pharmacokinetic data of IVM formulation was verified that Tmax, AUC, Cmax, and t1/2β were higher in 3.15% IVM animals than those from 1%IVM formulation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development and validation of an LC-MS/MS method to quantify ceftaroline in microdialysate samples from plasma and brain: Application to a preclinical pharmacokinetic investigation
Victória Eteges Helfer,Bruna B. Dias,Graziela de Araújo Lock,Caroline Andrade Tomaszewski,Lucas Suchecki Barnet,Fabiano Barreto,Alexandre P. Zavascki,Bibiana Verlindo de Araújo,Teresa Dalla Costa +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a bioanalytical LC-MS/MS method was developed and validated to determine ceftaroline in microdialysate samples from plasma and brain, which showed linearity in the concentration range.
Journal ArticleDOI
Population Pharmacokinetic Modeling of Free Plasma and Free Brain Concentrations of Ceftaroline in Healthy and Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus-Infected Wistar Rats
Victória Eteges Helfer,Bruna B. Dias,Graziela de Araujo Lock,Caroline Andrade Tomaszewski,Lucas Suchecki Barnet,Fabiano Barreto,Alexandre P. Zavascki,Bibiana Verlindo de Araújo,Teresa Dalla Costa +8 more
TL;DR: A population pharmacokinetic model was developed to describe alterations in ceftaroline brain disposition caused by meningitis in healthy and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)-infected rats as discussed by the authors .
