Azimuthal anisotropy measurements of strange and multistrange hadrons in U+U collisions at sNN=193 GeV at the BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider

M. S. Abdallah, +379 more
- 01 Jun 2021 -
TL;DR: In this article, Abdallah et al. measured the azimuthal anisotropy for hadrons at mid-rapidity (|y|l 1.0) in collisions of U+U nuclei at sNN=193 GeV, recorded by the STAR detector at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider.

Global $\Lambda$-hyperon polarization in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_\mathrm{NN}}=3$ GeV

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the polarization of Lambda hyperons along the direction of global angular momentum in Au+Au collisions at 3$ GeV and reported substantial global polarization of $4.91\pm0.81(\rm stat.)\pm 0.15
