Band Structure of TlCl by Heine-Abarenkov Model Potential Method
Masahiro Inoue,Makoto Okazaki +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the energy band structure of TlCl is calculated by means of the Heine-Abarenkov model potential method, and different suitable extrapolation energies are taken for calculation of the valence and conduction bands respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Relativistic Energy Bands of KI
Journal ArticleDOI
Landau Levels and Cyclotron Resonance of Holes in Germanium
TL;DR: In this paper, the positions of peaks of cyclotron resonance absorption and their relative intensities are determined numerically from the calculated Landau levels, and the theoretical absorption spectrum is shown to be modified significantly from the one in which the assumption, k H = 0, is made.
Journal ArticleDOI
Band Structure of CdIn2S4 by Heine-Abarenkov Model Potential Method
Masahiro Inoue,Makoto Okazaki +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the energy bands in the spinel-type semiconductor CdIn 2 S 4 were calculated by using the Heine-Abarenkov model potential method and about 500 plane waves were used to obtain convergent results for this crystal which has 64 valence electrons in the unit cell.
