From graphite oxide to highly water dispersible functionalized graphene by single step plant extract-induced deoxygenation

TL;DR: In this paper, a single step facile synthesis of highly water dispersible functionalized graphene nanosheets by plant extract-induced deoxygenation of graphite oxide (GO) was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Heavy metal biomonitoring and phytoremediation potentialities of aquatic macrophytes in River Nile.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that all the studied species can accumulate more than 1,450-fold the concentration of the investigated heavy elements in water rendering them of interest for use in phytoremediation studies of polluted waters.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diagnostic and prognostic value of hematological and immunological markers in COVID-19 infection: A meta-analysis of 6320 patients.

TL;DR: Several hematological and immunological markers, in particular neutrophilic count, could be helpful to be included within the routine panel for COVID-19 infection evaluation to ensure risk stratification and effective management.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phytosynthesis of Au, Ag, and Au–Ag Bimetallic Nanoparticles Using Aqueous Extract of Sago Pondweed (Potamogeton pectinatus L.)

TL;DR: A green and facile method for the synthesis of Au, Ag, and Au-Ag bimetallic nanoparticles was developed using the aqueous extract of sago pondweed (Potamogeton pectinatus L.). Size, morphology, crystallinity, composition, capping layer and stability of the synthesized nanoparticles were all investigated.
