Endoscopic ultrasound-guided bilio-pancreatic drainage
TL;DR: The echoendoscopic biliary drainage is an option to treat obstructive jaundices when endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) drainage fails and the technique was especially performed in reference centers by ERCP experienced groups, and this seems to be a general guideline to safer procedure execution.
Journal ArticleDOI
788c: Miami Classification (MC) of Probe-Based Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy (pCLE) Findings in the Pancreaticobiliary (PB) System for Evaluation of Indeterminate Strictures: Interim Results From an International Multicenter Registry

Journal ArticleDOI
Radiofrequency ablation associated to mucosal resection in the oesophagus: Experience in a single centre
Fabrice Caillol,E Bories,Christian Pesenti,Flora Poizat,Geneviève Monges,Jérôme Guiramand,Benjamin Esterni,Marc Giovannini +7 more
TL;DR: The results show effective treatment of BO and associated dysplasia with a low rate of complication, and when new techniques of BO ablation are used, the need to obtain histology before treatment should not be forgotten.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preoperative locoregional re-evaluation by endoscopic ultrasound in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after neoadjuvant chemoradiation.
Nicolas Bettini,Vincent Moutardier,Olivier Turrini,E Bories,Geneviève Monges,Marc Giovannini,Jean-Robert Delpero +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the accuracy of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) for the diagnosis and staging of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) has been confirmed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term results of preoperative radiotherapy for 113 cases of UT3 and UT4 rectal cancer: a need for long-term follow-up.
V. Moutardier,E. Tardat,Marc Giovannini,Bernard Lelong,Jérôme Guiramand,Valérie Magnin,Gilles Houvenaeghel,Jean-Robert Delpero +7 more
TL;DR: The long-term results of preoperative radiation therapy and resection of pretherapeutic endoanal ultrasonography–staged T3 and T4 rectal adenocarcinoma appear to justify a follow-up program for patients with pretherAPEutic endo-staged N+ tumor, but a minimum of seven years of follow- up is needed to obtain an accurate assessment of results.
