Journal ArticleDOI

Measuring the stoichiometry and physical interactions between components elucidates the architecture of the vertebrate kinetochore.

TL;DR: The present study characterizes numerous precursors of kinetochore assembly in a system free of centromeric chromatin, Xenopus extracts to provide a model for the structural architecture and assembly pathway of the vertebrate kinetchore.
Journal ArticleDOI

Clinical efficacy of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab and chemotherapy in KRAS-mutated non-small cell lung cancer with STK11, KEAP1, or TP53 comutations: subgroup results from the phase III IMpower150 trial

TL;DR: The results suggest that atezolizumab combined with bevacizumAB and chemotherapy is an efficacious first-line treatment in metastatic NSCLC subgroups with mKRAS and co-occurring STK11 and/or KEAP1 or TP53 mutations and/ or high PD-L1 expression.
Book ChapterDOI

Purification of the Ndc80 kinetochore subcomplex from Xenopus eggs.

TL;DR: A purification scheme using Xenopus egg extracts to isolate Coomassie-stainable amounts of the xNdc80 kinetochore complex and can be adapted for purification of other protein complexes.
