Phenotype‐Based Isolation of Antigen‐Specific CD4+ T Cells in Autoimmunity: A Study of Celiac Disease
Asbjørn Christophersen,Shiva Dahal-Koirala,Marketa Chlubnova,Jørgen Jahnsen,Knut E.A. Lundin,Ludvig M. Sollid +5 more
TL;DR: The feasibility to isolate antigen‐specific CD4+ T cells by the sole use of phenotypic markers in CeD outlines a potential avenue for characterizing disease‐driving CD4 + T cells in autoimmune conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI
A cell competition-based small molecule screen identifies a novel compound that induces dual c-Myc depletion and p53 activation.
Dagim Shiferaw Tadele,Joseph Robertson,Richard Crispin,Maria Carmen Herrera,Marketa Chlubnova,Laure Piechaczyk,Pilar Ayuda-Durán,Sachin Kumar Singh,Tobias Gedde-Dahl,Yngvar Fløisand,Jørn Skavland,Jørgen Wesche,Bjørn Tore Gjertsen,Jorrit M. Enserink +13 more
TL;DR: A novel compound is identified that dually targets c-Myc and p53 in a wide variety of cancers, and with particularly strong activity against LSCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of gluten T cell epitopes driving celiac disease
Marketa Chlubnova,Asbjørn Christophersen,Geir Kjetil Sandve,Knut E.A. Lundin,Jørgen Jahnsen,Shiva Dahal-Koirala,Ludvig M. Sollid +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors combined the knowledge of a distinct phenotype of gluten-reactive T cells and key features of known gluten epitopes for the discovery of unknown epitopes, and identified a 9-nucleotide oligomer core region of five previously uncharacterized gliadin/glutenin epitopes.

A cell competition-based drug screen identifies a novel compound that induces dual c-Myc degradation and p53 activation
Dagim Shiferaw Tadele,Joseph Robertson,Richard Crispin,Maria Carmen Herrera,Marketa Chlubnova,Laure Piechaczyk,Pilar Ayuda-Durán,Sachin Kumar Singh,Tobias Gedde-Dahl,Yngvar Fløisand,Jørn Skavland,Jørgen Wesche,Bjørn-Tore Gjertsen,Jorrit M. Enserink +13 more
TL;DR: A novel compound is identified that dually targets c-Myc and p53 in a wide variety of cancers, and with particularly strong activity against leukemic stem cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phenotypic Analysis of Disease-Relevant T Cells In Dermatitis Herpetiformis.
Louise Fremgaard Risnes,Marketa Chlubnova,Elio Magistrelli,Esko Kemppainen,Kaisa Hervonen,Eriika Mansikka,Katri Lindfors,Teea Salmi,Shiva Dahal-Koirala,Ludvig M. Sollid +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors presented a comprehensive, quantitative mapping of T cell epitopes in gluten in celiac disease, showing that the increased frequency of activated CD4+ effector-memory T cells (TEM) in the blood can be detected by the IFNγ enzyme-linked immunospot assay.
