Multicenter Spanish study of spectral‐domain optical coherence tomography in normal children

TL;DR: A multicenter normative database of retinal nerve fibre layer (RNFL) andmacular thicknesses and macular volume values in healthy Caucasian children 4–17 years is compiled using spectral‐domain optical coherence tomography (SD‐OCT).
Journal ArticleDOI

Morphology of retinal vessels in the optic disk in a Göttingen minipig experimental glaucoma model

TL;DR: The morphology of normal, healthy Gottingen minipig retinal vessels of the optic disk with experimentally induced glaucomatous optic disks is compared in order to identify the glaucatous excavation and implies a predominant involvement of the arterioles.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new approach based on targeted pooled DNA sequencing identifies novel mutations in patients with Inherited Retinal Dystrophies
