A case of successful hepatitis C virus eradication by 24 weeks of telaprevir-based triple therapy for a hemophilia patient with hepatitis C virus/human immunodeficiency virus co-infection who previously failed pegylated interferon-α and ribavirin therapy

TL;DR: TVR-based triple therapy with ART could can an effective treatment for hemophilia patients coinfected with HCV (genotype 1)/HIV regardless of prior response, and patients with undetectable HCV RNA at week 4 could be successfully treated with a 24-week regimen.
