TL;DR: In this article, a facile salt-assisted combustion procedure based on the reaction between tin (IV) chloride and neodymium nitrate, in the presence of the mixtures of citric acid and different amino acids as fuel and capping agent as well as sodium chloride as dispersing agent, was used to synthesize NdOCl-Nd 2 Sn 2 O 7 -SnO 2 nanocomposites with different morphologies.
