TL;DR: It is demonstrated that senescence-induced inflammation promotes accumulation of CD38 in immune cells that, through its ecto-enzymatic activity, decreases levels of NMN and NAD+.
Journal ArticleDOI
Severe acute malnutrition, calcium and vitamin D: important interactions.
TL;DR: It is shown that current malnutrition management is ‘broken’ in regards to Ca and vitamin D nutrition, and they suggest ‘fixes’.
