Soluble recombinant endostatin purified from Escherichia coli: antiangiogenic activity and antitumor effect.
Xiaojun Huang,Michael K.K. Wong,Qun Zhao,Zhenyu Zhu,Kent Z.Q. Wang,Nancy Huang,Caisheng Ye,Elieser Gorelik,Mengfeng Li +8 more
TL;DR: A protocol to generate soluble recombinant murine endostatin from E. coli at a yield of 150 mg/liter-culture and 99% purity is developed and the in vivo antiangiogenic and antitumor activities are equally as potent as those of the previously published insoluble form.
