Reversible redox behavior between stannole dianion and bistannole-1,2-dianion.

TL;DR: The reversible redox behavior between the stannole dianion and the bistannole-1,2-dianion is demonstrated and the 1, 2-bistannoles-1-2-Dianion has a nonaromatic nature as evidenced by X-ray and NMR analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Stannole Anion by Alkylation of Stannole Dianion

TL;DR: The reaction of tert-butylchloride with the stannole dianion first and simply prepared by the reduction of 1,1,2,3,4,5-hexaphenylstannole with lithium in ether gave 1-tertbutylstanole anion which was characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn, and 7Li NMR spectra and whose reactivities were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Stannaindenyl Anions and a Dianion

TL;DR: The up-field 7Li NMR resonance in the 1-stannaindenyl dianion and the theoretical calculation suggest that the 1st-annain denyl has considerable aromatic character.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Characterization of Dimetallostannafluorenes

TL;DR: The reaction of 9,9-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-9-stannafluorene with lithium or potassium gave the corresponding dimetallostanafluoresorene, as evidenced by NMR spectral analysis and a trapping experiment as mentioned in this paper.
