Journal ArticleDOI

Thymoquinone suppresses invasion and metastasis in bladder cancer cells by reversing EMT through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that TQ can reverse EMT by upregulating epithelial markers, such as E-cadherin, and downregulating mesenchymal markers, and provide new evidence for the development of TQ as a novel treatment for metastatic bladder cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

ITPR3 facilitates tumor growth, metastasis and stemness by inducing the NF-ĸB/CD44 pathway in urinary bladder carcinoma.

TL;DR: In this article, the role of ITPR3 in regulating the NF-κB/CD44 pathway and the progression of bladder cancer was elucidated, which represents a novel candidate for bladder cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiplex ratiometric gold nanoprobes based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering enable accurate molecular detection and imaging of bladder cancer

TL;DR: In this article, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has been successfully used in the non-invasive detection of bladder tumor (BCa) using an internal reference based ratiometric SERS assay.
Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of a Six-Gene Prognostic Signature Characterized by Tumor Microenvironment Immune Profiles in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors generated fresh insights into a novel TME-related prognostic signature derived from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database using the integrated bioinformatics analyses.
