Journal ArticleDOI

Using progress feedback to improve outcomes and reduce drop-out, treatment duration, and deterioration: A multilevel meta-analysis.

TL;DR: In this paper, a comprehensive multilevel meta-analysis on the effectiveness of progress feedback in psychological treatments in curative care is presented, where the short and long-term effects of feedback on symptom reduction were investigated using 58 (randomized and non-randomized) studies, analyzing 110 effect sizes in a total of 21,699 patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diminished error-related negativity and error positivity in children and adults with externalizing problems and disorders: a meta-analysis on error processing.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors conducted a systematic search in PubMed, PsycInfo and Scopus to identify 328 studies that measured error processing using the Eriksen flanker task, the go/no-go task or the stop-signal task in healthy controls and in adults or children with clearly described externalizing behavioural problems (e.g., aggression) or a clinical diagnosis on the externalizing spectrum.
Journal ArticleDOI

Event-related potential (ERP) measures of error processing as biomarkers of externalizing disorders: A narrative review.

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of event-related potential (ERP) measures of error-processing in externalizing disorders and discuss to what extend these can be considered a biomarker for internalizing disorders.
