Antoine Tiberj,Antoine Tiberj,M. Rubio-Roy,Matthieu Paillet,Matthieu Paillet,Jean-Roch Huntzinger,Jean-Roch Huntzinger,Perine Landois,Perine Landois,Mirko Mikolasek,Mirko Mikolasek,Sylvie Contreras,Sylvie Contreras,Jean-Louis Sauvajol,Jean-Louis Sauvajol,Erik Dujardin,Ahmed Azmi Zahab,Ahmed Azmi Zahab +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the charge carrier density of graphene exfoliated on a SiO2/Si substrate can be finely and reversibly tuned between hole and electron doping with visible photons.

Reversible optical doping of graphene
Antoine Tiberj,Antoine Tiberj,M. Rubio-Roy,Matthieu Paillet,Matthieu Paillet,Jean-Roch Huntzinger,Jean-Roch Huntzinger,Perine Landois,Perine Landois,Mirko Mikolasek,Mirko Mikolasek,Sylvie Contreras,Sylvie Contreras,Jean-Louis Sauvajol,Jean-Louis Sauvajol,Erik Dujardin,Ahmed Azmi Zahab,Ahmed Azmi Zahab +17 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the charge carrier density of graphene exfoliated on a SiO2/Si substrate can be finely and reversibly tuned between hole and electron doping with visible photons, suggesting that optically gated graphene devices operating with a sub-second time scale can be envisioned and that Raman spectroscopy is not always as non-invasive as generally assumed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Complete Set of Elastic Moduli of a Spin-Crossover Solid: Spin-State Dependence and Mechanical Actuation.
Mirko Mikolasek,Maria Dolores Manrique-Juarez,Helena J. Shepherd,Karl Ridier,Sylvain Rat,Victoria Shalabaeva,Alin-Ciprian Bas,Ines E. Collings,Fabrice Mathieu,Jean Cacheux,Thierry Leichle,Liviu Nicu,William Nicolazzi,Lionel Salmon,Gábor Molnár,Azzedine Bousseksou +15 more
TL;DR: Crystal structure analysis revealed a pronounced anisotropy of the lattice compressibility, which was correlated with the difference in spacing between the molecules as well as by the distribution of the stiffest C-H···N interactions in different crystallographic directions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Finite size effects in molecular spin crossover materials
Mirko Mikolasek,Gautier Félix,William Nicolazzi,Gábor Molnár,Lionel Salmon,Azzedine Bousseksou +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors pointed out new issues brought about by the size-reduction effects of the spin crossover phenomenon in nano-objects with first-order phase transitions and highlighted the possible analogies with spin crossover phenomena.
Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular Spin Crossover Materials: Review of the Lattice Dynamical Properties
TL;DR: The lattice dynamical aspects of the spin crossover phenomenon in molecular solids are reviewed in this paper, showing intricate couplings between the electronic spin state of the molecules and the lattice properties.
