Mechanical Characteristics and Energy Consumption of Solid and Hollow Biomass Pellet Production Using a Statistical Analysis of Operating Parameters

TL;DR: In this article, the impact of the operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, and moisture content on the mechanical characteristics of rice straw (RS) pellets was investigated using statistical analysis results, main plot curves and 2D interaction contour plots.

Modelling and Analysing Behaviours and Emotions via Complex User Interactions.

TL;DR: A novel conceptual framework based on a complex digital system using collected longitudinal datasets to predict system status based on the personality traits and emotions extracted from text posted by users is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cosmological implications of photon-flux upper limits at ultrahigh energies in scenarios of Planckian-interacting massive particles for dark matter

The Pierre Auger Collaboration P. Abreu, +369 more
TL;DR: In this article , a search for signatures that would be suggestive of super-heavy particles decaying in the Galactic halo was conducted using the data of the Pierre Auger Observatory, and upper limits for different energy thresholds above 10^8$,GeV on the secondary byproduct fluxes expected from the decay of the particles were presented.
Journal Article

Mitochondrial Neurogastrointestinal Encephalopathy: Clinical, Biochemical and Molecular Study in Three Egyptian Patients.

TL;DR: Clinical, biochemical and molecular findings in three Egyptian patients with Mitochondrial Neurogastrointestinal Encephalopathy sundrome from two different pedigrees reveal a rare mitochondrial disorder with an important diagnostic delay.
Journal ArticleDOI

Serum and urinary pentraxin-3 levels in type 2 diabetes and its relation to diabetic nephropathy

TL;DR: Serum PTX3 increased progressively with DN and may be a serum biomarker for early diagnosis of DN.
