Fabrication and Characterization of PU-g-poly(HEMA) Film for Clotting Time and Platelet Adhesion

TL;DR: A fabrication of poly (2-hydroxylethyl methacrylate) poly(HEMA) grafted on polyurethane (PU) film prepared by radiation-induced grafting (RIG) copolymerization method using electron beam irradiation for the first time was described in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Removal of Ni(II), Zn(II) and Pb(II) from aqueous solutions using cation-exchange resin in fixed-bed column

TL;DR: In this article, breakthrough curves for the removal of Ni(II, Zn(II), and Pb(II) from aqueous solutions using cation exchange resin (Dowex 50W) were determined at dynamic conditions in a fixed-bed column under ambient temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced hydrogen storage properties of NaAlH4 with the addition of CoTiO3 synthesised via a solid-state method

TL;DR: In this article , a CoTiO 3 nanosized NaAlH 4 -CoTiO3 composite was synthesized via a simple solid-state method, which significantly reduced the initial desorption temperature.

The Effect of Solution Viscosity and Concentration on Morphological Properties of Electrospun Nylon-6,6 Nanofibers

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of nylon-6,6 solution's viscosity and concentration on the diameter and morphology of electrospun nanofibers was studied, and it was found that there is a threshold viscoverage required for the formation of a stable polymeric jet during electrospinning.
