The 1st Fermi Lat Supernova Remnant Catalog

Fabio Acero, +156 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the properties of supernova remnants (SNRs) at high energies were uniformly determined using data from the Fermi Large Area Telescope (LAT) using a systematic survey at energies from 1 to 100 GeV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radio jets clearing the way through a galaxy: watching feedback in action.

TL;DR: High-resolution radio images of a galaxy with an actively accreting black hole with an active galactic nucleus show that the radio plasma drives the outflow and removes gas from the central regions and that jet-driven outflows can play a relevant role in feedback mechanisms.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Sensitivity 86GHz (3.5mm) VLBI Observations of M87: Deep Imaging of the Jet Base at a 10 Schwarzschild-Radius Resolution

TL;DR: In this paper, high-sensitivity, high-resolution 86GHz (3.5 millimeter) observations of the jet base in the nearby radio galaxy M87 were obtained by the Very Long Baseline Array in conjunction with the Green Bank Telescope.
Journal ArticleDOI

The spectral energy distribution of the central parsecs of the nearest AGN

TL;DR: In this paper, the spectral energy distributions of the central few tens of parsec region of some of the nearest, most well-studied, active galactic nuclei (AGN) are presented.
