Paraneoplastic pemphigus with Castleman's disease and bronchiolitis obliterans.

TL;DR: A 14-year-old girl presenting with complaints of painful oral ulcers involving entire buccal mucosa, palate, tongue and lips for 5 months was diagnosed as having paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP), and a presumptive diagnosis of Castleman’s disease (CD) was considered.
