Investigations on Metal Injection Molding of 316L SS Using Thermoplastic Natural Rubber (TPNR) Binder as a New System

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of new binder system consisting of thermoplastic natural rubbers (TPNR) on injection parameter, density of injected molded specimen and changes during solvent extraction was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of ultrasonic treatment and gamma radiation on the thermal conductivity of TPNR hybrid nanocomposites

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of gamma radiation and ultrasonic treatment time on hybrid nanofillers nanoclay and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as reinforcing agents to improve the thermal conductivity of TPNR was discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Gamma Irradiation on Optical Properties of Poly(ethylene oxide) Thin Films Doped with Potassium Iodide

TL;DR: In this article , the effect of gamma irradiation on the optical properties of thin poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) polymer electrolytes was investigated, where the thin films were composed of PEO doped with different concentrations of potassium iodide (KI) salt and the optical absorption spectrum was measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer over a range of 300 to 800 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI

Application of Taguchi's Approach in the Optimization of Tensile Properties of Epoxy/Nanoclay/MWCNT Nanocomposites

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of clay/MWCNT ratio, types of solvent, clay cation, composition of LENR, cure time and cure temperature on the tensile properties of epoxy nanocomposites were investigated using Taguchi Method.
