The indiscriminate use of antibiotics has been reported as an agent for predisposing episodes of bacterial resistance, the bacteria along of the time spent to develop various coping mechanisms. ANVISA considering the increase in cases of hospital infections by antibiotic-resistant microorganisms determined the RDC 44, 2010 which regulates the dispensing of medicines made from classified as antimicrobial substances. This work it is a descriptive literature review that evaluated studies related to prescribing, dispensing and use of antibiotics before and after the RDC 44 of 2010. It was observed that the most of used in therapeutic classes of antibiotics before the current legislation are the same as those after the law. About knowledge and acceptance by the population, 87.2% were satisfied and understood the new regulatory measures, who disagreed (2.4%) with such changes, the need for medical consultation to obtain prescription was the point of discontent. There are still some drugstores, where professionals do not require that there be a prescription (25%), analyzing the prescriptions it was noted that 100% contained the prescribing data and 87.7% contained the date of issue. According to the results obtained can be seen that there was rather changes in relation to consumption of antibiotics after the RDC 44, 2010, however, there are still cases where the law is not fully enforced, for this, it is necessary that there is better control by public health managers.

Control of antimicrobial drugs: analysis from the rdc 44 of October 26, 2010

The aim of this study was to evaluate different manufacturing processes of compact powders and establish consumer preferences through sensory analysis. Four compact powders were formulated with the following treatments: micronization, hammer mill, addition of raw materials that modify the sensory, and simple mixture. The powders were compressed, passing the tests for glazing, detachment of color and drop test, and later forwarded to sensory evaluation by 45 volunteers. In the compression tests, drop test, glazing and detachment of color, the micronized sample obtained the best results showing the reduction of particle size influences the packaging of powders and improves the compression of the product, but in the sensory analysis the sample obtained by simple mixture was the preference of most of the volunteers. It was felt that, despite the best compaction results are obtained for samples micronized, the preference of the volunteers is still linked to older manufacturing processes where the resulting powder shows more coarse and form a thicker layer on the skin.

Emulsions are heterogeneous systems, thermodynamically unstable, formed by the combination of hydrophilic and lipophilic substances through agents of surface tension. The product quality control is handled as the most important to study the stability of the final product which determines the length of time that can be considered stable, that means, able to keep up with the same characteristics which have been developed. The study aimed to evaluate the physical and chemical parameters, by determining the pH, viscosity and organoleptic characteristics (color, odor and appearance) of the lotion Lanette used in a magistral pharmacy in Curitiba. The formulation commonly used in the pharmacy was stored at temperatures of 4 Â° C ambient and 45 Â° C over a period of 90 days which was divided into 6 times to carry out aspects of analysis. In the preliminary stability study there was no change, but in the accelerated there was a slight modification in appearance, this change was more intense in the formulation conditioned at room temperature and 4 Â° C. The pH has had a significant change at all temperatures. Concluding that against accelerated stability tests Lanette lotion, even with the changes, showed good stability.
