The source of ore components in lode-gold deposits of the Yilgarn Block, Western Australia
Neal J. McNaughton,K.F. Cassidy,N. Dahl,J.R. De Laeter,Suzanne D. Golding,David I. Groves,Susan E. Ho,Andreas G. Mueller,Caroline S. Perring,J.H. Sang +9 more
Journal ArticleDOI
SHRIMP U-Pb zircon ages of granitoids in the Wulashan gold deposit, Inner Mongolia, China: Timing of mineralization and tectonic implications.
TL;DR: The SHRIMP U-Pb zircon ages for these intrusions now reveal important constraints on the mineralization time and tectonic evolution of this region.
Journal ArticleDOI
Late proterozoic fractionated granitoids of the mineralized Telfer area, Paterson province, Western Australia
TL;DR: The Proterozoic Paterson Province is a newly defined, polymetallic province which has been interpreted to represent a collisional orogenic belt between the geologically contrasting Western Australian Craton and Northern Australian Province as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
The relationship between Archaean gold mineralization and spatially associated minor intrusions at the Kambalda and Norseman gold camps, western Australia: Lead isotope evidence
C.S. Perring,Neal J. McNaughton +1 more
TL;DR: A comparison of the Pb-isotopic signature of gold-related galenas from Kambalda and Norseman with that of spatially associated minor intrusions (at the time of mineralization) indicates that the ore-fluid Pb cannot have been derived solely from the intrusions or their source regions.

Foreland basin deposits associated with Cuyania accretion in La Pampa Province, Argentina
Carlos Jorge Chernicoff,Eduardo O. Zappettini,João Orestes Schneider Santos,Eloise Beyer,Neal J. McNaughton +4 more
TL;DR: In the province of La Pampa, south-central Argentina, adjacent to the Cuyania-Pampia terrane boundary, a Late Ordovician-Devonian marine foreland basin generated after the collision of the Darriwilian (Darwilian) collision of Pampia has been recognized, and is referred to as the Curaco basin this paper.
