Multicenter prospective observational long-term follow-up study of endocardial cardiac resynchronization therapy using the Jurdham procedure.

TL;DR: eCRT using the Jurdham Procedure is an effective and safe technique in anticoagulated patients and may be an attractive option for patients with failed CS implants or non-responders to CS CRT.
Journal ArticleDOI

Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing Versus Biventricular Pacing as Initial Strategy for Cardiac Resynchronization.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors compared the outcomes between LBBAP and BiVp as an initial implant strategy for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and found that LBBap resulted in shorter procedural and fluoroscopy times, shorter QRS duration, and improvements in left ventricular ejection fraction.
