Journal ArticleDOI
Transfer hydrogenation of ketones catalyzed by new rhodium and iridium complexes of aminophosphine containing cyclohexyl moiety and photosensing behaviors of rhodium and iridium based devices
Khadichakhan Rafikova,Nurzhamal Kystaubayeva,Murat Aydemir,Cezmi Kayan,Yusuf Selim Ocak,Hamdi Temel,Alexey Zazybin,Nevin Gürbüz,İsmail Özdemir +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction of [Rh( μ -Cl)(cod)] 2 and Ir( η 5 -C 5 Me 5 )( μ-Cl)Cl] 2 with aminophosphine ligands Cy 2 PNHCH 2 -C 4 H 3 X (X: O; S) gave a range of new monodendate complexes, which were characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods.
Journal ArticleDOI
Palladium PEPPSI complexes: Synthesis and catalytic activity on the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions for aryl bromides at room temperature in aqueous media
TL;DR: In this article, a series of palladium N-heterocyclic carbene complexes with methoxyethyl on the side chain (3a-d, 4a-e, 4b) have been synthesized and fully characterized by NMR, HRMS and IR.
Journal ArticleDOI
Benzimidazolium sulfonate ligand precursors and application in ruthenium-catalyzed aromatic amine alkylation with alcohols
TL;DR: In this article, new benzimidazolium sulfonate salts have been prepared and fully characterized and they have been associated in situ with [RuCl2(p-cymene)]2 to generate efficient catalytic systems operating at 120 °C under neat conditions in the presence of potassium tert-butylate for selective N-alkylation of primary aromatic amines into secondary amines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of ether-derivatized aminophosphines and their application in C-C coupling reactions
Nermin Biricik,Cezmi Kayan,Bahattin Gümgüm,Zhaofu Fei,Rosario Scopelliti,Paul J. Dyson,Nevin Gürbüz,İsmail Özdemir +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the bis(phosphino)amine ligands (Ph2P)2N-C6H3-R, where R = 3,5-OMe (1), 2,5-, 2,4-OME (2), 3,4-, or 3, 4-, were prepd. via aminolysis of the corresponding dimethoxyanilines with 2 equiv.

Cross coupling reactions catalyzed by (NHC)Pd(II) complexes
TL;DR: In this paper, a review of new developments reported during the last three years concerning the catalytic performances of in situ formed or preformed NHC-Pd(II) complexes (NHC: $N$-heterocyclic carbene) for cross-coupling reactions such as Heck--Mizoraki (often shortened to the Heck reaction), Kumada, Negishi, Suzuki--Miyaura (often shorten to the Suzuki reaction), Sonogashira and Hiyama couplings, and Buchwald--Hartwig aminations, which are
