TL;DR: In this article, a validated Retail Service Quality Scale is used to study the service quality delivery of a department store chain and its impact on consumption behavior, and the findings show that the impact of physical appearance and the policy are salient on the overall perceived service quality and the future shopping behaviour respectively.

Consumer decision‐making styles on domestic and imported brand clothing

TL;DR: In this article, the relationship between consumers' decision-making styles and their choice between domestic and imported brand clothing was investigated using a sample of Chinese consumers using a multivariate analysis of variance and discriminant analysis results indicate that seven decisionmaking styles together with other consumer behavioural characteristics can be used to distinguish and profile consumers who prefer to buy domestic, imported or both types of clothing.
