Magnetism in HoCo2 and ErCo2 under high pressure

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the electrical resistivity p(T) of HoCo 2 and ErCo 2 under the hydrostatic pressure up to 8 GPa and found that the resistivity drops dramatically at the Curie temperature T C (= 78 and 33 K, respectively) as a result of the Co 3d-band moment formation in these two RECo 2 compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetism in rare earth Co2 compounds under high pressures

TL;DR: In this article, electrical resistivity anomalies connected with magnetism in RECo2 (RE=Nd, Tb, Er, Ho) compounds in pressures up to 8 GPa were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic and transport properties of Er6Ni2Sn

TL;DR: In this article, the results of structure analysis and magnetization, susceptibility and electrical resistivity measurements on Er 6 Ni 2 Sn as functions of temperature and magnetic field are presented and analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic field induced irreversibility in UNiAl

TL;DR: In this article, low-temperature measurements of magnetization, magnetoresistivity, Hall resistivity, magnetostriction, and elastic moduli on a UNiAl single crystal in magnetic fields up to 14 T applied along the c axis of the hexagonal structure.
