Journal ArticleDOI
Palladium-Catalyzed γ-Selective Arylation of Zincated Boc-Allylamines.
Anthony Millet,Olivier Baudoin +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the regio-and diastereoselective arylation of Boc-protected allylamines was performed via a one-pot lithiation/transmetalation to zinc/cross-coupling sequence, through an appropriate choice of a phosphine ligand.
Journal ArticleDOI
Total Synthesis of the Novel Immunosuppressant Sanglifehrin A (I).
Kyriacos C. Nicolaou,Fiona Murphy,Sofia Barluenga,Takashi Ohshima,Heng‐xu Wei,Jinyou Xu,David Gray,Olivier Baudoin +7 more
Reference EntryDOI
Synthesis of Cyclobutarenes by Palladium‐Catalyzed C(sp3)‐H Bond Arylation: Preparation of Methyl 7‐Methylbicyclo[4.2.0]Octa‐1,3,5‐Triene‐7‐Carboxylate
TL;DR: Palladium(II) acetate and ammonium bis(trimethylsilyl) acetic acid as mentioned in this paper were used to synthesize ammonium carbonate and potassium carbonate, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Simple synthetic access to [Au(IBiox)Cl] complexes.
Ekaterina A. Martynova,Marco Zuccarello,Marek Beliš,Agnieszka Czapik,Zi-Rong Zhang,Kristof Van Hecke,Marcin Kwit,Olivier Baudoin,N. Cavallo,Steven P. Nolan +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , a green and sustainable access to chiral and achiral gold-IBiox complexes was reported, using a simple, air-tolerant, weak base protocol carried out in a green solvent.
Journal ArticleDOI
Application of the Palladium-Catalyzed Borylation/Suzuki Coupling (BSC) Reaction to the Synthesis of Biologically Active Biaryl Lactams.
TL;DR: The palladium-catalyzed, two-step, one-pot borylation/Suzuki coupling (BSC) reaction was developed to synthesize sterically hindered 2,2'-disubstituted biphenyl and phenyl-indole compounds in a short, simple, and efficient manner from two easily accessible aryl halides as discussed by the authors.
