Theoretical analysis (NBO, NPA, Mulliken Population Method) and molecular orbital studies (hardness, chemical potential, electrophilicity and Fukui function analysis) of (E)-2-((4-hydroxy-2-methylphenylimino)methyl)-3-methoxyphenol

TL;DR: In this paper, the molecular structure and spectroscopic properties of (E)-2-((4-hydroxy-2-methylphenylimino)methyl)-3-methoxyphenol, were characterized by X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of a novel Cu(II) complex with the mixed ligands 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 2-aminopyridine

TL;DR: A bridged binuclear Cu(II) complex with mixed ligands, di-μ-(2-aminopyridine(N,N′))-bis[(2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate)aquacopper(II)] tetrahydrate, formulated as [Cu(μ-ap)(dipic)(H2O)]2·4H2
Journal ArticleDOI

Metal–Organic Framework Based on Isonicotinate N-Oxide for Fast and Highly Efficient Aqueous Phase Cr(VI) Adsorption

TL;DR: The application of a new metal-organic framework (TMU-30) has been reported based on isonicotinate N-oxide as an adsorptive site for fast and highly efficient aqueous phase adsorption of Cr(VI).
Journal ArticleDOI

Experimental (XRD, FT-IR and UV-Vis) and theoretical modeling studies of Schiff base (E)-N'-((5-nitrothiophen-2-yl)methylene)-2-phenoxyaniline.

TL;DR: The calculated results show that the optimized geometry can well reproduce the crystal structure, and the theoretical vibrational frequency values show good agreement with experimental values.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of immobilization on catalytic characteristics of saturated Pd-N-heterocyclic carbenes in Mizoroki-Heck reactions

TL;DR: In this article, a saturated Pd-N-heterocyclic complex was immobilized on an amorphous silica, and it was shown that the complex acted only as a precatalyst to highly active Pd species in Mizoroki-Heck reactions.
