Numerical Investigations of Optimal Heat Conductivity in Micro Heat Exchangers

TL;DR: In this article, the authors determine the order of magnitude of the optimal heat conductivity by simulation and the question of whether and if so, how operational and geometrical parameters influence the optimal conductivity is addressed, and an assessment of the need for similar investigations, i.e. taking into account axial heat conductivities processes within the wall materail, for the design of conventional heat exchangers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a fast sensor for the measurement of the residence time distribution of gas flow through microstructured reactors

TL;DR: In this article, a thermal conductivity detector was used to measure the residence time distribution of microstructures with gas flow with sufficient accuracy, and a relatively large dispersion within the microstructure was found, which could be the result of unequally distributed flow through the microreactor channels.
Journal ArticleDOI

Numerische Untersuchungen zur optimalen Wärmeleitfähigkeit in Mikrowärmeübertragerstrukturen

TL;DR: Proposition d'une modelisation du transfert de chaleur dans les micro-echangeurs de CHALUR as discussed by the authors, d'un transfert et al.

Measurement of number and physiological activity of cells or organisms

TL;DR: In this article, an electrical measuring signal is produced directly by redox reactions of the energy exchange of the cells or organisms, and the signal is used to measure the number and physiological activity of cells and organisms.
