Journal ArticleDOI
CD147 is tightly associated with lactate transporters MCT1 and MCT4 and facilitates their cell surface expression.
P Kirk,Marieangela C. Wilson,Catherine Heddle,Marion H. Brown,A N Barclay,Andrew P. Halestrap +5 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that CD147 facilitates proper expression of MCT1 and MCT4 at the cell surface, where they remain tightly bound to each other, and may also be important in determining their activity and location.

Tuning the potency and therapeutic window of ImmTAC molecules by affinity modulation
Ian B. Robertson,Rachel M. Mulvaney,Nele M. G. Dieckmann,Alessio Vantellini,Martina Canestraro,Francesca Amicarella,Ronan O’Dwyer,David K. Cole,Stephen Harper,Omer Dushek,P Kirk +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors explored the impact of altering affinity for target and CD3 on the potency and specificity of the re-directed T cell response using ImmTAC (Immune mobilizing monoclonal TCRs Against Cancer).
