Journal ArticleDOI

Lithium kinetics in single daily dosing.

TL;DR: The observation of no significant changes in either serum half‐lives or renal lithium clearance levels supports the conclusion that the average steady‐state lithium serum concentration (Cp88) is unchanged by conversion to single daily doses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Risk of mortality associated with antipsychotic and other neuropsychiatric drugs in pneumonia patients.

TL;DR: In spite of recent safety concerns for atypical antipsychotics, there is no increased risk of mortality in acutely ill pneumonia patients and a higher adjusted mortality rate for patients taking typical antipsychotic medications.
Journal Article

5-HT2A receptor promoter polymorphism, -1438G/A and negative symptom response to olanzapine in schizophrenia.

TL;DR: It is concluded that the A/A genotype may be associated with olanzapine negative symptom response, seen as a 2-fold greater percent reduction in SANS, and may be clinically relevant.
