Crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis of the N-terminal actin binding domain of human fimbrin.
TL;DR: The N‐terminal actin binding domain (ABD1) of human fimbrin is crystallized, a representative member of the largest class of actin crosslinking proteins, and will be the first structure of an actinCrosslinking domain.

Subnuclear foci quantification using high-throughput 3D image cytometry
Dushan N. Wadduwage,Dushan N. Wadduwage,Marcus C. Parrish,Heejin Choi,Bevin P. Engelward,Paul Matsudaira,Peter T. C. So +6 more
TL;DR: A high throughput instrumentation and computational pipeline specialized for gamma-H2AX foci quantification is developed and it is shown that 3D analysis is significantly superior compared to the 2D techniques.
