Maxime Chauvin,Damian Borys,Francesca Botta,Pawel Bzowski,Jérémie Dabin,Ana M. Denis-Bacelar,A. Desbrée,Nadia Falzone,B.Q. Lee,Andrea Mairani,Alessandra Malaroda,Gilles Mathieu,Erin McKay,Erick Mora-Ramirez,Erick Mora-Ramirez,A P Robinson,A P Robinson,David Sarrut,Lara Struelens,Alex Vergara Gil,Manuel Bardiès +20 more
TL;DR: The OpenDose collaboration produced SAFs for all source region and target combinations of the 2 International Commission on Radiological Protection Publication 110 adult reference models in good agreement at all energies, with SDs below individual statistical uncertainties.
Journal ArticleDOI
Abstract ID: 155 OpenDose: A collaborative effort to produce reference dosimetric data with Monte Carlo simulation software
Maxime Chauvin,Damian Borys,Francesca Botta,Pawel Bzowski,Marco Coca Perez,Marta Cremonesi,Jérémie Dabin,Ana M. Denis-Bacelar,A. Desbrée,Ziad El Bitar,Nadia Falzone,Ludovic Ferrer,Didier Franck,Nico Lanconelli,Andrea Mairani,Alessandra Malaroda,Kamil Matusik,Erin McKay,Massimiliano Pacilio,Justyna Pieter,A P Robinson,José L. Rodríguez,Lara Struelens,Leonel A. Torres Aroches,Alex Vergara Gil,Manuel Bardiès +25 more
TL;DR: The OpenDose project aims at providing an open database of robust reference S-values generated from different Monte Carlo (MC) software, through an international collaboration, to allow Nuclear Medicine centres to easily access and use the data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficiency of 124I radioisotope production from natural and enriched tellurium dioxide using 124Te(p,xn)124I reaction
Pawel Bzowski,Damian Borys,Kamil Gorczewski,Agnieszka Chmura,Kinga Daszewska,Izabela Gorczewska,Anna Kastelik-Hryniewiecka,Marcin Szydło,Andrea D’Amico,Maria Sokół +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , Monte Carlo and SRIM/TRIM models were applied to predict the nuclear parameters of the 124I production process in a small medical cyclotron IBA 18/9 Cyclone.
Book ChapterDOI
Rigid and Non-rigid Registration Algorithm Evaluation in MRI for Breast Cancer Therapy Monitoring
TL;DR: The main goals of this work were to implement an algorithm, based on affine transformation with Mutual Information as the quality factor of images match and the method based on the Navier-Lame equation for elastic image co-registration.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Comparison of k-means related clustering methods for nuclear medicine images segmentation
TL;DR: This paper evaluates the performance of SURF descriptor for high resolution satellite imagery (HRSI) retrieval through a BoVW model on a land-use/land-cover (LULC) dataset, and proposes to learn a category-specific dictionary for each image category which results in a more discriminative image representation and boosts the image retrieval performance.
