Journal ArticleDOI
All Inkjet-Printed Metal-Oxide Thin-Film Transistor Array with Good Stability and Uniformity Using Surface-Energy Patterns
Yuzhi Li,Linfeng Lan,Sheng Sun,Zhenguo Lin,Peixiong Gao,Wei Song,E. H. Song,Peng Zhang,Junbiao Peng +8 more
TL;DR: An array of inkjet-printed metal-oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) is demonstrated for the first time with the assistance of surface-energy patterns prepared by printing pure solvent to etch the ultrathin hydrophobic layer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Coffee-Ring Defined Short Channels for Inkjet-Printed Metal Oxide Thin-Film Transistors.
Yuzhi Li,Linfeng Lan,Peng Xiao,Sheng Sun,Zhenguo Lin,Wei Song,E. H. Song,Peixiong Gao,Wei-Jing Wu,Junbiao Peng +9 more
TL;DR: In this report, metal oxide thin-film transistors with channel lengths of 3.5 ± 0.7 μm were successfully fabricated with a common inkjet printer without any photolithography steps, and will promote the large-area fabrication of short-channel TFTs in a cost-effective manner.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasensitive and Highly Stretchable Multifunctional Strain Sensors with Timbre-Recognition Ability Based on Vertical Graphene
Caihao Deng,Peixiong Gao,Linfeng Lan,Penghui He,Xin Zhao,Wei Zheng,Chen Wangshou,Xizhou Zhong,Yunhui Wu,Lan Liu,Junbiao Peng,Yong Cao +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
High-mobility thin film transistors with neodymium-substituted indium oxide active layer
Zhenguo Lin,Linfeng Lan,Peng Xiao,Sheng Sun,Yuzhi Li,Wei Song,Peixiong Gao,Lei Wang,Honglong Ning,Junbiao Peng +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structural properties of the InNdO films as a function of annealing temperature have been analyzed using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solution-processed high-mobility neodymium-substituted indium oxide thin-film transistors formed by facile patterning based on aqueous precursors
Zhenguo Lin,Linfeng Lan,Sheng Sun,Yuzhi Li,Wei Song,Peixiong Gao,E. H. Song,Peng Zhang,Meiling Li,Lei Wang,Junbiao Peng +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, a solution-processed neodymium-substituted indium oxide (InNdO) thin-film transistors based on gel-like aqueous precursors were fabricated with a surface-selective deposition technique associated with ultraviolet irradiation.
