The three-dimensional landscape of cortical chromatin accessibility in Alzheimer’s disease
Jaroslav Bendl,Mads E. Hauberg,Kiran Girdhar,Eunju Im,J. Vicari,Samir Rahman,Michael B. Fernando,Kim Townsley,Pengfei Dong,Ruth Misir,Steven P. Kleopoulos,Sarah M. Reach,Pasha Apontes,Biao Zeng,Wen Jie Zhang,Georgios Voloudakis,Kristen J. Brennand,Ralph A. Nixon,Vahram Haroutunian,Gabriel E. Hoffman,John F. Fullard,Panos Roussos +21 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors identify AD-associated effects on chromatin accessibility, the 3D genome and transcription factor (TF) regulatory networks, and validate its regulatory effect on lysosomal genes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optical Coherence Tomography-Based Modeling of Stent Deployment in Heavily Calcified Coronary Lesion.
TL;DR: Detailed mechanistic quantifications could be used to provide a fundamental understanding of the role of calcification in stent expansions, as well as to exploit their potential for enhanced pre- and post- stent strategies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact of calcium quantifications on stent expansions
TL;DR: Results have shown that stenting outcomes were most sensitive to the arc angle of the calcium, which played a protective role for the artery underneath, which was at the expense of the overstretch and stress concentrations in the other portion of the artery.
Journal ArticleDOI
Population-level variation in enhancer expression identifies disease mechanisms in the human brain

TL;DR: In this paper , a large-scale cell-type-specific transcriptome and regulome data was used to identify gene-enhancer co-occurrence in neuropsychiatric diseases.
Journal ArticleDOI
Plasma D-Dimer Level Correlates with Age, Metastasis, Recurrence, Tumor-Node-Metastasis Classification (TNM), and Treatment of Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Patients
Guo Jiqiang,Guo Jiqiang,Guo Jiqiang,Gao Ying,Gao Ying,Gao Ying,Zhihua Gong,Zhihua Gong,Pengfei Dong,Mao Yajie,Mao Yajie,Fang Li,Fang Li,Jianrong Rong,Jianrong Rong,Junping Zhang,Junping Zhang,Yongnian Zhou,Yongnian Zhou,Huijing Feng,Huijing Feng,Hongxia Guo,Hongxia Guo,Linxia Gu,Meiwen An,Kaixue Wen,Kaixue Wen,Jin Zhang,Jin Zhang +28 more
TL;DR: In this article, the correlation between D-D levels and age in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients of different ages was investigated, and the results showed that the recurrence and metastasis of NSCLC are related to coagulation indexes.
