TL;DR: The partial persistence of ultradian rhythms in urine osmolality and electrolyte concentrations after autonomic denervation supports the assertion that the ultradian rhythmicity in solute concentrations are regulated by different mechanisms to those of water excretion, suggesting the possible involvement of a multioscillatory system.

TL;DR: When examining the profile of complaints about sleep or daytime functioning of medical residents, residents complained more than day workers and their answers were more similar to those of rotating shift workers, therefore they can be considered to be characterized as shift workers.

Ultradian Rhythms in Prolonged Human Performance.

TL;DR: In a recent historical review of the field of behavioral rhythmic research, Lavie as mentioned in this paper uncovered several independent roots of research unrelated to questions regarding the nature and functions of biological rhythms, such as educational psychologists to schedule school hours according with the optimal times for cognitive functioning such as mathematics, reading, and activities requiring psychomotor skills.

The intrinsic effects of sarmazenil on sleep propensity and performance level of sleep-deprived subjects

TL;DR: Repeated administrations of 1 mg and 2 mg sarmazenil significantly reduced the 24-h levels of total sleep and significantly improved reaction time and tended to increase the number of correct responses in the “categories search” task.
